I am a certified Health & Nutrition Life Coach and a Corporate Wellness Trainer.
My journey in the field of Health & Wellness started at the age of 12 and since then I developed an interest in the field of spirituality which further led me to study the Ancient Scriptures.

As I started going deeper into this field, I also realized the importance of Right Food and Right Exercise and the influence it has on our overall health and wellbeing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.​​​​
With this understanding, I learnt about the powerful Science & Wisdom of Food as per Naturopathy & Ayurveda, and furthered my knowledge in the field of Vedic Nutrition, Yogic Diet, Yoga, Pran Kriyas, Sukshma Kriyas, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Martial Arts and Breathing Techniques.

​I have been practicing Meditation for the past 25 years and Yoga, Tai Chi & Qi Gong and other forms of Martial Arts for past 15 years. I am a Level 1 instructor of Kalari Strength and Conditioning from WCTTA Poland. I am a Corporate Wellness Trainer and also a member of the International Association of Therapists.

In my journey, I have spent 8 years in Merchant Navy navigating and exploring the World and have travelled to 35 Countries. These exposures to new places, people and cultures have not only given me a fresh and broader perspective towards life but they have also been an enriching and learning experience.

​As a dedicated Holistic Health Coach, I help my clients to overcome lifestyle diseases including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity by integrating natural & holistic health practices through personalized coaching, education, and sustainable health strategies. I firmly believe that many of these conditions, can be prevented, managed, and even reversed through intentional lifestyle changes. In my experience, being close to Nature is a key ingredient to achieve optimum wellness. Nature is an integral part of our wellbeing.

In the Corporate World, I work with businesses to create and provide Corporate Wellness Programs and Sessions combining proven wellness solutions and practical strategies that foster a supportive environment, reduce stress, build resilience, and boost energy.

Whether through on-site training, virtual workshops, or wellness sessions, my goal is to make wellness accessible, sustainable, and impactful for everyone, creating a culture where employees thrive both in and out of the workplace.

In my health & wellness journey, I have guided many people in India and abroad and introduced them to a healthier version of themselves. The essence of my guidance is to focus on your overall wellbeing. I promote Holistic Way of Living combining the four main pillars – Food, Water, Exercise and Meditation and various other such modalities to help you create a healthier and happier version of yourself.
I am based in India (Mumbai & Vadodara) and cater to clients Locally, Nationally and Internationally.
