Tai Chi & Qi Gong Workshops with Chi Energy Meditation
Chi energy is the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. A balanced flow of chi is essential for good health and well-being. Also known as "flowing meditation", Tai Chi & Qi Gong are simple exercises consisting of slow, beautiful and relaxed movements, breathwork and meditation that can be performed by all age groups. These exercises are suitable for any fitness level including pregnant women and makes out for a great workout. These wellness sessions/workshops focuses on cultivating and balancing life energy (chi or qi) within the body while reducing stress and promoting inner peace. It develops a sense of Balance & Harmony between Mind, Body & Spirit.

We consult and educate individuals, parents & corporates about Yogic Nutrition philosophy as per Naturopath and Ayurveda.
