Tai Chi and Qi Gong Wellness Sessions are a holistic workout sessions to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These sessions combine the ancient wisdom of EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping), the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi with the mindful breathing and meditative practices of Qi Gong. Together, they create a powerful synergy to promote balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

What do the Wellness Sessions comprise of?

The Wellness Sessions comprises of:

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping) - Alternatively known as Marma Sparsh Chikitsa - is an ancient indian healing technique that involves gentle tapping on specific meridian or marma points on the body. Marma points are considered to be gateways to the body's life force, or Prana. Tapping these points helps to release negative emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, clear blockages, balance the flow of energy, promote healing, and restore overall health and vitality.

  • Tai Chi - Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art based on the Chinese concept of Chi, which refers to the vital life force that flows through the body. The practice helps cultivate and balance this energy, promoting health and vitality. It is a mind-body practice that focuses on slow, controlled movements and deep breathing. Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi is now widely practiced around the world for its health benefits, including improved flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. It is often referred to as "moving meditation" because of its calming, centering and healing effects on the body and mind.

  • Qi Gong - Also known as Qi Kung; is an art based on Tao yin, an ancient practice meant to foster mental and physical well-being. Qi means life force or energy and Gong means work indicating that the art form works with individual's life force energy. Qi Gong involves static and dynamic physical exercises that stimulate respiration in a standing or seated position seeking to strengthen and regenerate Qi. Its movements are gentle but the practice is intense.

  • What are the complementary therapies that you offer?
    At present there are two complementary therapies that I recommended depending on your health conditions and health goals: Immuno Therapy: Restoring the immune system response by providing passive immunity through transfer of immune system wisdom and knowledge. Just as newborns receive the first immune wisdom from breast milk colostrum - this therapy uses molecules (factors containing immune system memory) that are derived from immune cells of cow milk colostrum and chicken egg yolks to transfer immunity; thereby enhancing the body’s ability to fight off diseases, including infections and autoimmune conditions. Plant Based Stem Cells Therapy: Stem cells are special cells with the unique ability to develop into different types of cells in the body. They have the remarkable potential to regenerate and repair damaged tissues and organs. Unlike conventional therapy; this therapy is non-invasive (administered orally) and uses stem cells which are derived from plants specifically fruits. It supports the body in regeneration and repair of cellular damage activating natural healing.
  • Will I need an adjuncting or complementary therapies to support my healing?
    While the main focus of the program is on lifestyle changes, complementary therapies may be needed depending on your health condition which may act as a bridge to enhance and speed up the natural healing process.
  • Will I be able to completely reverse my chronic health condition?
    The ability to fully reverse a chronic health condition depends on various factors such as the type of condition, its severity, and your commitment and consistency to lifestyle changes. While many participants experience significant improvements—such as reduced symptoms and medication needs, better energy levels, (and even reversal of diseases in some conditions)—full reversal is not always guaranteed.     Yes, you will have weekly one-on-one coaching sessions for the duration of the program to help you stay on track, address any concerns, and personalize your experience. These sessions ensure that you receive the support you need to successfully implement the changes.
  • I am presently being treated for a health condition, can I still enroll for this program?

  • Does Bio Resonance therapy have any side effects?
    In principle bio resonance therapy is safe and does not have any side effects. As it works with your energy field, you may feel surges of energy from time to time, which is only blockages being shifted and a sign that you are on the way to better health.
  • Can I stop taking my medications?

  • How many therapy sessions will I need?

  • Does Bio Resonance Therapy hurt?

  • I have knee and back pain; can I still do these sessions?
    Yes, the slow, focused movements of Tai chi coupled with deep breathing can help ease muscles and joints stiffness and pain. If you experience any discomfort or pain, you can opt to practice these exercises sitting on the chair.
  • Can I do these sessions during pregnancy?
    Yes, Tai Chi can be done during pregnancy, as it is a low-impact exercise that focuses on gentle movements, balance, and mindfulness. It helps improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation, which can be beneficial during pregnancy. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare provider before starting or continuing these sessions to ensure it is safe based on individual health conditions and the stage of pregnancy.
  • Can I get a trial class?
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer trial classes at the moment, but we’d be happy to answer any questions you have about the sessions.
  • Can I get a refund if I am not able to attend the sessions?
    We do not provide any refunds. Please register and enroll for these sessions only if it fits your schedule and you are committed to it.
  • Can I practice these sessions if I am on my periods?
    Yes absolutely. Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and reduces stress, which can help alleviate menstrual discomfort. If you experience fatigue or pain, you may opt to do the exercises sitting on the chair focusing on the breathwork and relaxation.
  • Will these sessions be recorded or live?
    These are LIVE sessions and not pre-recorded.
  • Are there any other batches available with different days and timings?
    No, at present this is the only batch with these days and timing.
