Welcome to Tatva Shudhi, owned and operated by Mr. Praveen K Divakar (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.tatvashudhi.com (“Website”) and any services, programs, coaching, workshops or other offerings (collectively “Services”) provided by us. By accessing or using our Website and/or enrolling in any of our Services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. You also acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be collected, used, and stored in the manner described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or engage in our Services.​

1. About Tatva Shudhi
Tatva Shudhi is a holistic wellness and lifestyle transformation practice founded by Mr. Praveen K Divakar.

We provide holistic health coaching, lifestyle guidance, natural healing wellness programmes, workshops (including but not limited to cleansing & healing diets, water, exercise, breathwork, meditation, Tai Chi & Qi Gong), and corporate wellness sessions.

We work with individuals (one-on-one, group, and with corporate clients).

Our goal is to support clients in overcoming chronic/lifestyle-based health challenges (e.g., diabetes, heart disease, obesity etc.) through integrative, natural and holistic means addressing physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Our approach is educational and lifestyle-oriented — not medical treatment.

2. Sign-up, Bookings, Payment & Refunds
To engage in our Services you may be required to submit relevant personal information, agree to additional program-specific terms, and pay specified fees.

All fees for Services must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified. Payment methods and schedules will be communicated at the time of enrolment.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments may be made through authorized online gateways, PayPal (for overseas clients), UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel Services (with or without refund) if you breach these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete personal, health, and contact information when enrolling.

You understand that our Services require your active participation, openness to lifestyle change, commitment and consistency. Without your effort, outcomes may be limited.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions, including consulting your medical professional where necessary.

You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, medications or restrictions so that programs can be appropriately adapted.

Treat all facilitators, participants, and staff with respect and courtesy.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The information provided through our programs, services, websites, blogs or emails are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not in any way diagnose or treat any disease and take no responsibility for damages/injuries caused. ​Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Nutrition, all are therapeutic in nature and may prove to be highly beneficial in the long run. If you have any medical condition and/or are taking any medications, please continue to do so and consult your doctors/medical professionals while including these modalities as a part of your healing process. We are not responsible for any health issues that may arise.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
